Hello. I am a member of jacktrip (paying 10 dollars every month, and I can’t record anymore on my studio, I tried to create a new one and I can’t even enter my own studio, Any help?
Javier, As a test I just logged in and created a studio and recorded a short session. The system is working fine for me. Were you able to resolve your issue? I am a user at the same level ascyou and had no problem.

Hello. Yesterday I created a studio in switzerland and it workes fine, but the one I use in Spain doesn’t work anymore. It did before, but not now…thanks for your answer
Hi Javier,
Would you please explain what you mean by, “I can’t even enter my own studio?” Did you create the studio? What message does it give you when you try to join a session?
It may be best to send me a private message for follow-ups, or better yet create a support case, since I would likely need more info to help.

it was my fault. I didn’t put volume to the out signal…so I could here myself but nothing was going out…
