Stem Recordings
Virtual Studio now supports stem recordings! For each participating member at the time of creating a recording, you can record their individual track in addition to the full mix. These tracks will be available when you download the recording and can be imported into DAWs or other software for finer control on editing and mixing.
Virtual Studio stem recordings support up to 30 participants tracks at a time, and can be captured for both broadcasts or private recordings. To enable stem recordings, enable the toggle in the “Options” menu before you start a recording:
Stem Recordings preserve the original stereo audio signal received from each participant, before any live effects or processing is applied. Every stem starts and ends at the same point in time and is perfectly aligned with the full mix. By using the studio’s clock to measure time, it also eliminates the common problem of individual recordings drifting apart over longer sessions. Focused View
Normally when joining a room with video, every participant will be allotted the same amount of space in a grid. Now, you can click individual tiles to bring them into the center stage which lets you focus your view on a select performer or instructor.
