Continuing the discussion from JackTrip Drummer Summit:
Using Donner 200D electric kit… mid volume level, flat, leaning low mods for eq.
Not a pricey rig, does a nice job, authentic sound when fine tuned. No latency issues. People I have played with like it

Very cool, Bill! Yes, I can vouch for the good sound of your kit from when we connected that time. Very high fidelity and authenticity. I thought you were on an acoustic kit!
Thanks for posting!

New user. My passion is playing Instrumental Surf, and early ‘60’s Rock & Roll. Boston-New York City region. Frontier fiber, 1G up and down. Digital Roland TD-17 edrums,in and out, connected via USB to HP W10 laptop. No audio interface box. Latency so far is 12-17 ms or so. Seems playable, but need to crank up the bpms to be sure. Headphones out via TD-17. My voice mic is an ancient Zoom H2 recorder, connected via line out to TD17 line in, mixed with drum input. The voice mic does pick up the drumsticks tapping on the black rubber cymbal trigger pads, so I disconnect it while playing. Cheers!

Welcome @drumsdick ! Those are nice latency readings. I am reading good reviews on Roland’s ASIO driver for the TD-17. Will be interesting to see any change after connecting with others on the server. I hope you find some good collaborators.
