JackTrip 1.6.0 hangs on start

I have a graphical screen which says:

JackTrip
Virtual studio
logging in

Everything worked before i created my virtualstudio account with my hotmail account.

Help please

Please navigate to https://help.jacktrip.org/hc/en-us, and click on “Submit a Request”, in the upper right corner.
