- JackTrip Radio supports customized banner images
Banner Images
Studios and JackTrip Radio broadcasts both now support customized banner images. Each studio can set a banner image (instructions below) to personalize how their live and upcoming broadcast events look on JackTrip Radio homepage.
How to set broadcast banner images
First, find the Radio tab on your virtual studio and click on Edit button as highlighted in the screenshot below.
Then, we can upload and adjust zoom ratio on the pop up menu.
These banner images can also be added during studio creation time and will replace the default flags. Existing studios can also change the banner image by clicking on the avatar as shown below.
Broadcast Quality
We’ve addressed some issues around digital clipping and crackles that made their way into certain broadcast sessions. If you continue to experience issues, feel free to submit a support ticket and let us know what equipment you’re using!
