With the launch of our discovery and messaging features, connecting with other musicians on JackTrip has never been easier. Until now, the only way to know if a fellow musician reached out to play was to log in and actively check the notification icon in your dashboard.
To ensure you never miss a chance to jam—while strictly protecting your inbox from clutter—we are rolling out Unread Message Emails.

Smart Summaries: Rather than pinging you for every single message, we batch your notifications. You will receive one clean summary email encompassing all your unread conversations at once.

No Inbox Spam: Alerts are only triggered after a conversation has been idle for a period of time, preventing a flood of emails during an active back-and-forth.

Read-Aware: We only notify you about messages you haven’t actually seen yet. If you’ve already caught up on the thread in the app, it stays out of your email.
